- What are the opening hours, e-mail and telephone numbers?
The Bergues pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 8.30 - 12.30 / 13.30 - 18.30 . On Saturdays we are closed.

- Delivery possible ( in Geneva ) ?
Yes, delivery in Geneva is possible, within a limited perimeter: please contact the Pharmacy team directly for information and your address.
- Do you send mailings?
Yes, we send mailings under the following conditions:
Shipment to Switzerland envelope = CHF 5 or parcel = CHF 8 and shipment to France = CHF 30
- Do you make your own homeopathic products?
Yes, all our homeopathic products have been handcrafted in the Centrale Homéopathique et Pharmacie des Bergues laboratory since 1920.
- Do you make homeopathic dilutions?
Yes, we make homeopathic dilutions on request.
- What substances do you have?
We have a wide range of natural substances in homeopathy, essential oils, vegetable oils, hydrolats, flower essences, spagyries, EPS, mother tinctures, etc. Please contact the Bergues team for more information.
- Why don't you answer the phone all the time?
Our priority is you: the Bergues team is at your service and ready to listen. If they don't answer the phone, it's because they're looking after you at the counter and/or dealing with emergencies, as well as making your remedies. We are a family-run business, and our team is 100% dedicated to your needs. If you don't get an answer on the phone, don't hesitate to send an e-mail, and the Bergues team will get back to you within 24 hours.
